Word of Mouth Detailing

Word of Mouth is the place to go when you are seeking seriously PROFESSIONAL detailing service. Joe is excellent at communicating and is straight up with what to expect and the amount of work it will require to accomplish it. Without a doubt the most thorough and professional detailing service I have ever dealt with - I was blown away with the results.

I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is truly night and day! If you saw what my kids had done to my seats before, you probably wouldn’t believe these are the same ones now. They did a phenomenal job detailing my car, everything looks and smells amazing! I’m beyond impressed with the results and the level of care they put into their work. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone needing their car brought back to life!

My car had a pretty bad scratch after a car wash, and so I came to this shop for help. I was very worried at first. The staff gave me a professional evaluation and quickly repaired and polished the damaged area so well that my car looks like new again. The staff is kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I got my car ceramic coated. I was running an hour late, Joe got my car in and finished ahead of schedule. He was very detailed about the process. Joe was very friendly. He took me in the shop and showed me other services they provide. He bought my car out and I was all smiles. I was more than satisfied. I will do business with Joe again.

Without a doubt, True Professionals...Joe, TJ, Treymane & all the crew are great... Without going into a long drawn out story, I had a bad experience at another shop that had installed paint protection film (clear bra) on my brand new car. Found out about Word of Mouth, after emailing & few phone calls, I decided, actually I was invited to drive down (about 1-1/2hrs away from me) & take a look at their work. After seeing some of the work they had done, along with some in progress work going on, I was thoroughly impressed. Joe and his guys answered a ton of questions without any signs of frustration, they explained every little detail I inquired about and more. So made an appointment for PPF, tint and then added Opti-Coat while they had my car. I can't explain with words how it turned out, best way I can describe is AWESOME. I'll never go anywhere else, the drive for me is well worth it. They explain everything in detail, upon picking up my ride, they even explained/showed me how to properly wash & care for the car myself. This is not your $20 shade tree car wash. My ride looked a thousand times better than when I purchased, which was only in December. I had not driven the car muc
